There are so many ways in which you can lend a hand. Fall Feast would not be possible without dedicated volunteers who are willing to serve. Volunteer registration for the 2018 Fall Feast IS OPEN - check out the different volunteer opportunities below.
First Question: Are you 18 years old?
If you are interested in volunteering with family members under 18, they must be at least 10 years old, accompanied by an adult and can only volunteer in select areas including: meal service and the kids zone.
Meal Service Team
Inside our dining area is where a lot of the action happens. If you are a sociable person that wants to serve in the dining hall, consider being on our meal service team. Volunteers on our meal serive team will help in one of the following areas: servers, bussers, beverages, serving line, and host/hostess.
Love to cook? Help our chefs prepare the meal! Volunteers will work in the kitchen alongside our culinary team helping prep food and getting food prepared for the serving line to plate meals.
Greeters & Social Ambassadors Team

We have a need for several volunteers on Friday - November 9th and Saturday - November 10th. Friday volunteers will help sort and set up the clothing giveaway area. Saturday volunteers will help guests choose items and monitor giveaway stock.
Backpack Giveaway Team
Help put together and give out backpacks to kids that attend on Saturday. We have a need for several volunteers on Friday - November 9th and Saturday - November 10th. Friday volunteers will spend their time putting together the backpacks in an assembly line fashion. Saturday volunteers will spend their time giving out backpacks to kids.
Help our guests navigate their way around our job fair, ID station, and resume building areas. Some volunteers are needed to help guests, who are looking for employment, create a resume showcasing their strengths and important job skills.
Set Up Team
It takes an army to set up Fall Feast. Our set up volunteers will volunteer on Friday, November 9th, helping venue staff set up for the meal and services offered on Saturday (physical lifting and moving required).
Clean Up Team
Help us tear down after the event.
The Day of the Event
When you arrive, our team leads will put you in specific positions based on the area you sign up in. Please look at all of the areas and see where your strengths would be best used and where you would be most comfortable.
The event ends and clean up begins at 2 p.m. You are more than welcome to pitch in and help clean up after the event. It takes an army to set-up and just the same to tear down
